To welcome the Lunar New Year, Telkom has launched yet another promotional program that offers up to 76% discounts to nine countries that are the main international call destinations for the Indonesian who would like to send Lunar New year wishes to their loved ones. These countries are: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States. The program runs throughout the month of February 2011, with no registration necessary.

For this year's conference, which was held on January 16-19, 2011, TELIN sent five delegates led by Mr Ririek Adriansyah in his capacity as TELIN's Director of Marketing and Sales. On the sideline, during the conference, TELIN held bilateral meetings with both longstanding and potential partners, as well as customers to explore business opportunities for TELIN's voice, data, and Internet services. Telin, in collaboration with Telkom Flexi, has initiated a care program for the Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) community and their family members. Through the initiative, overseas workers will have greater access in making international calls to relatives in Indonesia. The program is marked by the launching of the Flexi Irit International program, a starter kit called "FLeXIRIT InTeRnaTIOnaL” which is activated using Telkom Global 01017 access code.
