Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) is yet again taking a strategic and fundamental step following the signing of an agreement regarding the management of International IP Network routing with its parent company, Telkom. Telkom COO Ermady Dahlan and Telin CEO Ririek Adriansyah has signed the agreement on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at the COO’s Office, GCC Jakarta-1st Floor. With this agreement, Telin is responsible not only to provide the capacity but also the quality of Telkom Internet connection to the international world. 
PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin), along with other members of the South-East Asia Japan (SJC) Cable Global Consortium, will be involved in the construction and operations of the South-East Asia Japan Cable system, a new international submarine cable system. On April 12th, 2011, the SJC global consortium officially announced the start of the construction of this submarine cable system project that will link Brunei, China Mainland, Hong Kong, Philippines, Japan, and Singapore, with the option to extend to Indonesia and Thailand.
