Telekomunikasi Indonesia International Pte. Ltd. (Telin Pte. Ltd.) was established in Singapore as Telin’s first subsidiary abroad. Telin Pte. Ltd. was aimed at becoming the company’s main gateway into entering the international telecommunication market.
Telekomunikasi Indonesia International, Pte. Ltd. Singapore (Telin Pte. Ltd.), is a company that’s 100% owned by Telin.
Telin Pte. Ltd. was established on December 6 2007 in accordance to the regulation of the Republic of Singapore contained in the Registration Nr. 200722592C – The Company Act (CAP. 50) – Private Company Limited by Shares – Memorandum and Article of Association of Telin Pte. Ltd.
Telin’s business includes telecommunication services comprising of, but not limited to Internet Based Voice and Data Services, International Calling Card Services, Virtual Private Network Service, Managed Data Services, Call Back/Call re-origination, Pre-paid Calling Card Services and Resale of Leased Circuit Services.
Since May 1st 2005, Telin Pte. Ltd. succeeded in obtaining Facilities Based Operator (FBO) license and became an official telecom operator in Singapore and was given permission to develop infrastructures in Singapore.
Telin’s business was also realized through the establishment of a Cable Landing Station in the Trimester-IV of 2008 in Singapore. This facility will be used for the Cable landing project of Asia America Gateway (AAG) and Batam-Singapore Cable System (BSCS) currently in construction and planned for completion in mid 2009.
