PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Interntational (Telin) previously named PT AriaWest International (AriaWest) is a company fully owned by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (Telkom) founded on March, 14, 2007 by virtue of the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number W8-00573 HT.01.04-TH 2007 dated March 14, 2007.

By virtue of the Circular Resolutions of the Shareholders, as of August 8, 2008 the Company’s Articles of Assocation have been amended for adjustment to the provision of Law No. 40 Year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company as approved by the Minister of Human Law and Human Rigths under approval dated July 24, 2009 No. AHU-35266.AH.01. Tahun 2009 and set out in Official Gazette No. 7627 year 201, 2010, Supplement to Official Gazette dated August 6, 2010 No. 63.

In order to strengthen international business in global market, on December 6, 2007, Telin established a business entity in the form of subsidiary in Singapore named Telekomunikasi Indonesia International Pte., Ltd. Telin Singapore and acquired Facilitites Based Operator (FBO) license. On December 8, 2010, Telin Hong Kong was established under Unified Carrier License (UCL) and with Services Based Operator (SBO) for Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO). Moreover, Telin obtained license from the Timor Leste government on July 10, 2012 as an operator to develop telecommunication business. On January 14, 2013 Telin established a subsidiary in Australia under the name of Telekomunikasi Indonesia International Australia Pty. Ltd. (Telkom Australia) with core business in the field of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Through Telin, the international business initially managed by Telkom is expected to grow and develop pursuant to the stakeholders expectation, as well as to give optimal contribution to the growth of Telkom Group. Through Telin, Telkom’s vision To Become a Leading Telecommunication, Information, Media & Edutainment, Services (TIMES) Player in the Region is expected to Develop further in international business world through Telin as a continuation of Telkom.
