Starts by the end of December 2007, Telin has been purchasing shares of Scicom (MSC) Berhad, Malaysia. Telin’s ownership in this contact center service provider then increased to 29.71%.
Scicom is one of the largest contact center outsourcing service providers in Malaysia, having provided services for some of the largest global MNC’s in the world. Scicom have experience in all areas of contact center operations, including outsource and in-source operations, training,
consulting, quality management and certification services. Scicom currently manages customer interactions in 40 languages, covering over 89 countries and delivering “Total Customer Delight” to over 40 million customers worldwide.
Represented from Telin in Scicom are Ande Safari and David Burke as Non-Independent and Non-Executive Director.
